Floors-2-Go, founded in 1999, was once the biggest laminate and hardwood flooring specialist in Britain, operating from 130 retail outlets situated in prime high street and retail park locations and an e-commerce website. Floors-2-Go was known for its attractive offers and sales, often featured on national television adverts.
Allied Carpets was a specialist flooring retailer established in the 1950s for the purpose of offering carpets and other floor coverings. Allied Carpets achieved significant brand exposure, once operating from 250 retail stores and several celebrity endorsements on national television throughout the 1990s. The Allied Carpets brand name and logo are still well-recognised having served the flooring retail market for over 50 years.
IP assets owned by the Company include trade marks and domain names, as well as rights in the brand and reputation of Floors-2-Go and Allied Carpets.
