This is a unique opportunity to acquire the IP assets of FTR Moto, a distinguished designer and manufacturer of racing motorcycle chassis.

The predecessor of the Company had been established in 1994, supplying fabricated and welded components for the racing car and motorcycle industries and proving its credentials in chassis construction. In 2009 FTR Moto was created as a racing brand for the new Moto2 World Championship class, which the Company successfully entered as a manufacturer in 2010. Since then, FTR Moto expanded its presence into the Moto GP and Moto3 racing classes in 2012.
Having specialised in the design, production and development of motorcycle race machines and associated components for racing use, the Company supplied its innovative products to world’s leading motorsport teams. Notable customers have included Honda Racing Corporation, MSS Kawasaki and Crescent Suzuki.
In addition, the Company designed and developed its own single-seater car that has been supplied to a number of racing schools worldwide, including Mexico, Scotland and UAE.
