GLS Systems International supplied HVAC equipment and turnkey systems to clients internationally for over 25 years. The Company has provided its core services in the design, supply, manufacture, installation, commissioning, service, and maintenance of high integrity HVAC systems and equipment.
SGL Systems International’s wide product range included fire dampers, modular cabin systems, air conditioning, air handling and air condensing units, pressurisation systems, chillers, heavy gauge ductwork, louvres and ancillary products. The Company has established an excellent reputation for high quality and reliability, with particular recognition for its DNV certified fire dampers and IECEx and ATEX certified compressor assemblies incorporated in a number of its products. The Company is a listed supplier on the Achilles First Point Assessment database for suppliers to the oil and gas industry.
The Company’s impressive track record includes achieving compliance with the most recent revision of the ISO standard – ISO9001:2015 and manufacturing its products under fully documented quality and safety management systems.
SGL made considerable investment in establishing internal processes and products systems compliant with international codes and standards, including international classification society requirements such as Lloyds, DNV, and BV as well as standards for hazardous area applications such as ATEX, IECEx and NEC. Products and systems have undergone third party audits and testing by bodies including ABS, CQS, Lloyds, OEG, PSN, Schneider, SIRA, and TOTAL, and have also been subjected to regular internal audits.
The Company had a well-structured approach to documenting and storing information around client work and its quality assurance processes and compliance with the various industry-specific standards and requirements. As a result, the Company owns substantial organisational knowledge, filed and structured in a “bible of solutions” with an approximate size of two terabytes.
