Metis Partners’ ongoing Internship Programme

Metis Partners has a strong commitment to employing student interns and building links with local universities. We believe that our paid interns keep our office vibrant and fresh, but most importantly we recognise the skills that our interns can provide.

We see a two-way benefit from our commitment to employing student interns: we benefit from interns’ knowledge in the specific subjects they are studying whilst simultaneously providing them with the opportunity to increase their employability skills, put their academic knowledge into practice and increase their business awareness, all while delivering real value to our business.

Working for Metis Partners enables our interns to start building their professional network. From the very start of their time with us, they are involved at the heart of projects, dealing with stimulating client-facing work. We strive to ensure that the core foundations of the way we operate include respect, recognition, an inclusive environment where all contributions are welcome and constant feedback and coaching through our internal “Buddy System”. Education is also important to us, and staff members are continually learning, both formally with regular in-office training and informally through working alongside one another.

One of our previous interns’ experiences of working Metis Partners:

We are always looking for bright and motivated students to come and work with us, so if you are interested in working for Metis Partners please get in touch with us on, and tell us why you would like to work for us and what skills you think you could add to our team.
