Current Vacancies
We are looking for candidates with a growth mindset, interested in and capable of quickly learning about intellectual property (‘IP’), valuation methodologies, and our Metisology®. As part of our team, you will learn to identify key IP assets in a business, appraise their relevance and value in different business models across all sectors, and narrate this in client reports.
To fit into our motivated, professional, young team candidates must have:

- Attention to detail and understanding of the rigor required to deliver professional services

Business Analysts (US & UK based)
We are looking for graduate entry-level Business Analysts, both in the US and the UK, to support our three areas of operation: IP Valuation, IP Advisory, and Restructuring & Bankruptcy. The role offered will depend on your skill set and relevant qualifications. IP training is provided in-house, however, experience or a genuine interest in business is essential.

Senior Valuation Executive (UK-Based)
We are recruiting a Senior Valuation Executive to work across our Valuation teams, delivering M&A and Restructuring & Bankruptcy valuations for our global client base.
Qualifications and experience required for the Senior Executive role include:
- Qualified/Part-Qualified relevant professional qualification, such as Accountancy or Insolvency qualification; and/or
- 3-4 years of experience working within professional services, ideally in business or IP valuation; and
- Commercial and financial awareness in a client-facing role.
