Highlight of this IP Sale
We recognized the potential to significantly increase returns by creating a bespoke marketing strategy that allowed us to create various IP bundles, selling the own label product brands, BANK Fashion brand and their related assets to a number of different parties. A number of acquirers of the brands successfully leveraged them into standalone clothing brands, relaunched them as stand-alone online fashion brands.
