Highlight of this IP Sale
This assignment required us to act fast and to be adaptable to accommodate rapidly changing corporate circumstances. The Company engaged us to sell their IP and during the process went into insolvency, requiring us to instead report to the insolvency practitioner, and a change in pace to find a buyer under highly accelerated timescales. From our network close contacts and past buyers, we negotiated a deal with a buyer who operates in this market, who has since relaunched Bouf and continues to trade, after further investing in this IP portfolio.
