Highlight of this IP Sale
Our IP discovery exercise led to us identify a number of critical IP assets which were not immediately evident, including a portfolio of trade secrets and an extensive bank of organizational knowledge, which enabled us to communicate this additional value in our marketing. We delivered an IP valuation at the instruction of our client, undertaken concurrently with the marketing process to assist in understanding the acceptability of offers received. We were able to secure a five-figure return from a buyer who found a strategic fit for this technology in their product offering and continues to offer this technology today.
