A-Belco was a renowned electrical and mechanical engineering company, which offered solutions to a wide range of industries and markets internationally from 1999. The award-winning Company was contributed to many high-value projects and collaborated with global companies such as Saudi Aramco, and BAE Systems, generating annual revenues in excess of £6m.

This assignment was of a highly specialist nature with the Company operating in a niche space. We identified a number of critical IP assets that were at risk of being overlooked by a purchaser, but that we identified as being critical. Our sector research enabled us to identify numerous potential buyers of this unusual portfolio, which resulted in a competitive bidding process and us securing a much higher than expected return.
