Metis Partners presents an exciting opportunity to acquire the business and intellectual property (“IP”) of Jacqmar Limited (“Jacqmar” or the “Company”).
Jacqmar’s legacy dates back to 1932 in Mayfair, London and is renowned for its innovative textiles and iconic silk scarves and was a favourite of Queen Elizabeth II. The brand played a notable role in British cultural and wartime history, producing patriotic designs during WWII and commemorative pieces for landmark events including the 1948 Olympics and 1953 Coronation and in 2022 created a reimagined iconic “Crown” scarf design to celebrate HM Queen Elizabeth II.
Well known for its extensive collaborations, designs and its rich history Jacqmar was revived and subsequently relaunched in 2021 by the grandson of the former Chairman. This limited-edition relaunch drew renewed attention, including interest from Buckingham Palace and Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. With a proven legacy, creative IP, and established brand equity, Jacqmar now offers a compelling platform for growth under new ownership.
