A wireless digital media player - A digital method of automatically generating recommendation for digital media content
- A ‘cloud stick’; a microprocessor-based system to remotely-store digital media content
Highlight of this IP Sale
Omnifone had entered Administration several years before and there were a number of deals with potential buyers of the business that included these IP assets, that had failed to complete. Having been engaged to sell what was now a dormant patent portfolio we decided to pursue a different strategy. We prepared & marketed this as a bundle of IP rights that could be utilized as part of a licensing strategy, which attracted a different group of interested parties. We supported the buyer due diligence through to a successful IP sale completion.
