The Assignment

We were engaged to value the critical IP assets of the business to support the Company’s negotiations regarding a franchise model and/or a potential sale of core IP. The Company’s unique position in its market is driven by the portfolio of IP that is relied on in the delivery of its services. The Company required an assessment of the IP value prior to progressing its discussions with both interested franchisees and global business services firms that wanted to license or buy the IP.
