Stickyboard is a socially-driven software development company, which provides crucial software platforms to engage people within communities in the UK. The Stickyboard Consumer Platform and the Enterprise Platform have been developed by the Company since its incorporation in 2010.

To date, the Company has worked with a number of governmental bodies, organisations and charities including Ealing Council, the Ealing CVS, Deloitte, Aspire Housing, and the NHS, which demonstrates the Company’s products’ viability and applicability in a wide range of sectors.

TECHNOLOGY OVERVIEW: THE STICKYBOARD CONSUMER PLATFORM

Built to replicate a virtual noticeboard, the Stickyboard Consumer Platform provides an interactive way for users to create and discover posts including news, events, services, and interest groups relevant to their location. Covering all 1.67 million UK postcodes, the Stickyboard Consumer Platform has immense potential to be applied in a number of sectors including local authorities and local content publishers.

The Stickyboard Consumer Platform has the capability of pulling data from different sources, grouping them according to their relevant UK postcode, and presenting them attractively to the end user. The platform’s software codebase currently interfaces with the Evvnt API, the Eventbrite API, the NHS API, and the Google Maps API. The platform also features scalable modules focused around the creation, import and manipulation of data, as well as the management of data such as location and content.
