Join Metis Partners for an evening of networking, drinks and side-splitting comedy at the Phoenix Artist Club on the 9th of March from 6.30-9pm. We also invite you to bring relevant colleagues or contacts from audit/tax who might need our support with IP valuations, including PPAs, FRS102 and other conflicted valuations.

Event details:

Location: Phoenix Artist Club, 1 Phoenix St, London WC2H 8BU
Data & time: 9th March 2016, from 6:30pm to 9pm
Format:  Comedy show with cocktail reception and networking

To entertain us is “Joke of the Fringe” winner – Darren Walsh. His punderbolt combines animations, videos, sound effects, drawings, ad-libbing and surreal jokes.

Please RSVP to dovile@metispartners.com.

Our IP Valuation service has grown significantly over the past few years, with changes in the accounting standards requiring many more IP assets to be recognised in accounts & financial statements (PPAs & FRS102).  IP is increasingly the primary asset influencing JV negotiations, exit strategies and corporate M&A. In addition, many financial institutions are now acknowledging that IP assets offer real opportunities & security for asset-backed finance.

Metis Partners has a decade of experience in identifying, valuing and selling IP assets – an asset class that remains relatively unfamiliar to most accountants. We already provide our services to accounting firms dealing with conflicted valuations and who have no desire to pass work to their competitors!

In order to better serve our clients we are extending our corporate reach and formally launching our IP Valuation services in London.

It’s not all IFRSs and IASs, so we’ve mixed it up with some unPC and LOL jokes! We look forward to seeing you at this fun IP Valuation event!
