Having been established in 2003, the brand’s strong heritage and association with style, quality and individuality has inevitably led to huge credibility in the marketplace over key clothing and footwear categories. The market niche exploited by the brand was evidenced by its popularity with consumers in achieving substantial sales figures whilst its products were stocked by a large UK department store.
The sale includes UK trademark protection (recently renewed until 2023) which covers a number of fundamental consumer product classes relevant to the Miss Scarlett brand (including clothing, footwear and headgear). Also included in the sale are several branded domain names that offer huge potential to any prospective buyer.
BRAND & REPUTATION
Miss Scarlett is a strong fashion brand which has premium associations recognised at both industry and consumer level. The brand name enjoys widespread market awareness and is associated with premium, desirable women’s fashion products.
Miss Scarlett’s market appeal in the fashion sector has been evidenced by establishing itself as a favourite brand of many celebrities including model Jasmine Guinness who was ‘the face’ of Miss Scarlett’s advertising campaigns and featured in some of the most popular UK fashion magazines.
The sale of the Miss Scarlett brand name offers a unique opportunity not only to capitalise upon the brand’s position within the market, but also to expand the brand through various product categories of women’s fashion merchandise. There is also a huge potential to expand the brand into the on-line retail sector.
